An eBike (electric bicycle) looks and feels just like a normal bicycle. If you know how to ride a normal bicycle, you will have no problem riding an electric one.
The only difference is that an electric bicycle is powered by a battery that helps you pedal, thereby allowing you to climb a steep hill with barely having to exert any power. In short, an effortless and utterly pleasant experience!
Anyone who knows how to ride a bicycle. Your guide will explain you how to use the gear box. A short test of 10 meters and 4 rounds of pedals is enough to understand that it is very easy.
Security is a very important point for us. Our groups never exceed 6 people.
Although Greek law does not require it, we recommend wearing a helmet provided by us. Your guide will brief you ,before leaving, all about safety for a perfect stroll!
You can manage technical terrain, like off roads, roots rock gardens, and terrain features such as old stone steps and natural humps.
You’re not afraid to get out of your cultural comfort zone and experience something different, like visiting local artisan shops or restaurants were local/ traditional dishes and beverages are served. You like to support local businesses and communities when traveling.
However, you must know that some parts of the ride are on the road open to traffic, and you will scrupulously follow the instructions of your guide for safety.

All our tours (except private events on request) are maximum 6 people to ensure safety and higher quality time with the guide
Children from the age of 14 (minimum height 1.50 m) are allowed to ride their own bike, in all our excursions, always accompanied by an adult-guardian. Otherwise, we will need a declaration from the parent.
You don’t need to have any backpack during the ride, the bikes have small bag to store your essentials (cell phone, snacks, etc).
The advance deposit as well as the payment can be made either by cash or card at our office or by transfer-deposit to one of our bank accounts you find on our website.

On all our tours we use our company’s electric bikes, which have been tested and are fully functional.
The helmet is essential equipment for every rider and none of our excursions take place without observing all the necessary safety measures.
On every excursion we provide you with the basic equipment (helmet, water, etc.) and of course, if you wish, you can bring your personal cycling equipment and we will adapt it to our bikes.
In case of light rain, waterproofs are provided and we continue the course of our route. However, in case of heavy rain, the excursion is interrupted until weather conditions permit. It goes without saying that if we cancel a tour due to weather conditions you will be refunded for any pre-paid amount.
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
If we can not host the excursion and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you have the option to receive either a 100% refund or you can get to transfer your ticket for the next day.
However, we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the excursion, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
IN CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL
Υou have the right to cancel your booking and get a refund up to 48 hours before the start of each tour. After this time frame, no refund will be given.
