IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
If we can not host the excursion and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you have the option to receive either a 100% refund or you can get to transfer your ticket for the next day.
However, we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the excursion, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
IN CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL
Υou have the right to cancel your booking and get a refund up to 48 hours before the start of each tour. After this time frame, no refund will be given.
